Bills Dashboard
The “Bills Dashboard” area is your main screen when you log in with your Admin role. This is where you will see a global overview of the total number of imported bills split by bill status (Integrity Check, Data Verification, etc.).
If you are a Partner/Broker and are managing multiple customers, you will see all of those customers in this list, with their own specific bill numbers per bill status.
Bills part of Integrity Check, Data Verification I and Data Verification II are considered Critical Bills - marked with a light red in the table, while bills part of Data Audit I and Data Audit II are considered Audit Bills - marked with a light orange in the table.
The statuses tie directly to the Bill Validation Errors that appear on those bills, which have to be resolved in order to move the bill to a Processed status.
From the Bills Dashboard area you can quickly and easily go to a customer or drill down into specific bills by selecting the customer name link, or any of the links in the status columns.
Bills Search
There are a few ways you can search for Bills:
Go to the “Admin” tab in the left navigation, select the “Bills” section and then select the “Find Bills” tab present at the top of the screen. This area provides a view of all bills across all customers (if you have access to more than one).
You can use the search bar and the Filters area to search for specific bills.
From anywhere in the app, use the “Bill ID” search function present at the bottom of the left navigation. You can access it even if the left navigation is collapsed. Type in the Bill ID (Bill ID translates to the unique system ID for every imported Bill) and press the Enter/Return key on your keyboard.
This is also a global search, searching for any bill through your entire customer list.
Select a customer either from the Bills Dashboard area or by selecting the “Customer Search” button present at the top of the left navigation area. Once you have that customer selected:
- Select the “Bills” tab specific to that customer from the left navigation. This way you get to see all bills specific for that customer only.
- Use the search area and the Filters to drill down the bills list to specific bills.
