Calculation Input Options

| Tier-1 (Simple) | Tailored for use cases where only a small amount of information is known about the building or time is of the essence (e.g., when a portfolio owner is analyzing many buildings, or when assessing early energy efficiency investment opportunities). Note: This option fully leverages building stock data sources to gain maximum building info without manual input. |
| Tier-2 (Detailed) | Allows the specification of over 100 energy-relevant attributes to increase the accuracy of the created energy model and insights. Note: Inputs can be saved and returned to later before submission. Post-submission, they can be edited and re-submitted if more information is gathered. |
